What is USEMAGISTER?+
USEMAGISTER is a digital workplace safety and learning platform for organisations that want to strengthen their health and safety practices through practical learning, useful tools and AI-assisted hazard awareness. Its guiding idea is to learn from real incidents to prevent future harm: "Learn from what happened. Prevent what comes next."
Who is USEMAGISTER for?+
The platform is designed for businesses, managers, health and safety professionals and employees in industries where hazard awareness and prevention matter, including construction, manufacturing, workshops, warehousing and logistics.
What can I find on the platform?+
USEMAGISTER brings together learning programs, short microlearning modules based on real incidents, practical workplace safety tools and AI Safety Analysis. The aim is to make safety learning easier to understand, apply and share at work.
What is microlearning?+
Microlearning consists of short modules, typically 3–5 minutes long, based on documented workplace incidents. They explain what happened, which factors contributed and how similar incidents can be prevented.
What is AI Safety Analysis?+
AI Safety Analysis (IK Safety in the platform) lets you upload images of machinery and equipment and receive suggestions about potentially visible hazards and preventive measures, followed by a short course and quiz. It is a guidance tool, not a comprehensive risk assessment or a substitute for professional judgement and required workplace safety procedures. Please do not photograph people or confidential information.
Is the AI analysis a certified safety inspection?+
No. AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Organisations remain responsible for verifying findings and carrying out appropriate risk assessments and safety measures.
Which languages are supported?+
USEMAGISTER is available in Norwegian, English, Polish, Spanish and Lithuanian. Language availability may vary between individual modules, and some pages are partly shown in English. Would you like another language? Send your suggestion to support@usemagister.com.
How do I pay?+
Subscription payments are processed securely through Mollie. Current prices, subscription options and included features are listed on the Pricing page at usemagister.com. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
How do I choose a subscription?+
Visit the Pricing page at usemagister.com to compare the options and choose the subscription that best suits you or your organisation. Company plans are priced per number of users.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. You can stop automatic renewal at any time under Billing & Membership. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can USEMAGISTER replace our workplace safety management system?+
No. USEMAGISTER is a complementary tool for learning, hazard awareness and prevention. It does not replace an organisation's responsibility for mandatory health and safety processes, training, documentation or risk assessment.
Is our data secure?+
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, hosted in the EU and protected by role-based access. Read more on our Security & Data Protection page and in our Privacy Policy.
